Bankruptcy Bill could really use some STR.I.P. Financing. We’ve been doing this all so far without any syndication or sponsorship, and at least one of the creators of the cartoon is a starving freelance illustrator who may soon be in need of some of our readers’ services, if you catch our drift.

Bankruptcy Music Scene: The Indubitable Equivalents

The Deal’s Bankruptcy Insider has a feature this week (subscription required) in the Letter from Delaware section on the Indubitable Equivalents, a band comprised of bankruptcy professionals that has been rocking the bankruptcy conference circuit.

According to their web page on the ABI site, the “Indubies” (as they call themselves) are:
